Reesco successfully completed the OmniOffice project in the Warsaw Unit building at 1 Rondo Daszyńskiego St. As the general contractor, Reesco handled the full renovation and setup.
The renovation was executed over two floors, creating over 100 offices, modern conference rooms, dedicated phone areas, and a shared social space. Once again, OmniOffice placed their trust in Reesco to deliver excellence.
About the Warsaw Unit Building
The Warsaw Unit building stands at about 180 meters tall and has 47 floors. It includes office, retail, and service spaces, creating a dynamic environment for various business and social activities.
Scope of Work
Reesco's design and build services covered around 2,500 sq m on the 12th and 13th floors. The main goal was to create a friendly and functional workspace for future tenants. Reesco's team managed the dismantling, construction, and finishing work, including plumbing, ventilation, electrical, and teletechnical installations. High-quality materials were used, resulting in a cohesive and elegant office space.
