Our member, II Prisma have executed a project with Vaillant Group Italia, transforming their headquarters into a dynamic, multi-functional hub.
This innovative space is designed for people from diverse teams to share ideas, exchange expertise, and actively contribute to a common goal. The project was successfully undertaken with the help of a dedicated team, embodying Vaillant’s new approach to represent their company purpose.
Focus on Workplace Well-Being
With a focus on workplace well-being, the new headquarters are designed as part of a 'holistic machine' that encourages purpose-driven work. The main principles behind the design include celebrating a shared identity and culture, promoting collaboration and communication, and ensuring high-quality personal spaces. The result is a workspace that embodies Vaillant’s new approach, where collaboration, a sense of belonging, and overall well-being are central to achieving the company’s shared purpose: ‘Taking care of a better climate. Inside each home and the world around it.’
Showcasing the Vision
The new Milan headquarters showcase this vision effectively. The Gardella Building and Gardellino, covering part of the ground floor and the first three floors, span a total of 1510 square meters. Additionally, the Tower Building's first, second, and fourth floors add another 500 square meters of space. The project was completed on May 18, 2023, under the guidance of a dedicated team.
Achieving the Shared Purpose
Through this redesign with the help of II Prisma, Vaillant Group Italia has successfully created a workplace that not only fosters collaboration and communication but also promotes a strong sense of belonging and well-being among its employees, all while aligning with the company’s mission to care for a better climate both inside homes and in the wider world.
