Prologis commissioned CAPEXUS to design a modern and functional interior for their new 545 sqm office space on the 6th floor of the Enterprise Office Center in Prague 4.
The project, carried out from March to May 2023, aimed to blend elegant design with subtle references to the technical aspects of logistics halls.
Harmonious Design Elements
At the client’s request, CAPEXUS used basic materials like wood and white, complemented by neutral shades of beige and grey. This harmonious colour scheme creates a pleasant and peaceful working environment. The wooden flooring seamlessly extends onto the wall cladding, giving the space a unique and visually continuous feel. In the open area, CAPEXUS opted for woven vinyl instead of traditional carpet, offering both aesthetic appeal and practical benefits like easy maintenance.
Striking and Playful Features
One of the most striking features is the "levitating" reception desk, secured by a ceiling structure on the left side. This design element symbolises Prologis' innovative approach and logistical expertise. Additionally, the videoconferencing meeting room is equipped with swings, adding a playful and informal touch to the workspace.
Technical Design References
To reflect Prologis' logistics business, CAPEXUS incorporated references to the technical design of their large halls into the interior. Elegant truss structures enhance the overall concept and add a unique atmosphere to the space.
Efficient Execution and Client Satisfaction
The project was executed with a focus on efficiency and meeting deadlines. Despite the limited colour palette, CAPEXUS created a modern, fresh interior that fully meets the client's expectations. The new office space is not only a place to work but also an inspiring environment that reflects the values and unique approach behind Prologis' success.
